Digital Essex - home visit support

Digital Essex offers free home visits to help Braintree residents build confidence online. A friendly support officer visits you at home and helps with whatever you'd like to learn, from video calling and online banking to spotting scams and using NHS services. Eligible residents may also get 12 months of free broadband and an Aero TV puck. Support workers and community groups can refer residents too. Free to use, running until end of August 2026. To register, please call AbilityNet on 0300 180 0028.
