Kinetix Academy CIC

• We can offer free sessions and memberships to eligible young people who have been affected by the cost of living crisis and are unable to access physical activities due to financial barriers. Removing those barriers is a key part of our mission to make movement, community and opportunity available to all. Our projects include:

• Transitional Health Projects (17–25 year olds): Supporting young adults as they navigate key life transitions, with a focus on physical, mental and emotional wellbeing

• Holiday Activities & Food (HAF) Programme: Free activities, enrichment sessions and a hot, healthy lunch during school holidays for children who receive free school meals. Secondary and Primary age.

• Home Education Sessions : Supporting families to meet, young people learn new skills, make new friendships and build confidence throught movement and creative activities. 

• Girls-Only Home Education Project : A safe, supportive space for home-educated girls to build skills, friendships and confidence through movement and creative activities. 

• Mentorship and Volunteering; access to professional coaching qualifications.
