Forget Me Not is a fee-paying bereavement counselling service from St Helena Hospice for adults in North East Essex grieving the death of a loved one. Sessions are offered in person, by phone, or video, providing a safe, confidential space to explore emotions and cope with loss. Each session costs £60, with a discount for block bookings.
