Colne Valley PCN: Dementia Drop In
Come along to our friendly hub for people living with dementia and their carers. Free refreshments are available and support services are on hand to listen, provide support and information. Some of the Support agencies that attend throughout the year are: Adult social care, Alzheimers society, Essex wellbeing service community agents, Dementia UK, Barclays Bank, Essex Dementia Care, Crossroads, Home Instead, Hearing Help Essex. Playlist for life.
The Dementia Drop In is delivered with the support of Colne Valley PCN, Halstead Town Council and Rotary District 1240. Refreshments are kindly donated by East of England Co-op.

How are services delivered?
Open to anyone living with dementia and their carers, in the Colne Valley PCN area.
Face to face drop in at Queens Hall, Chipping Hill, Halstead, CO9 2BY. It runs the 1st Friday of every month 10am-12 noon.
