Braintree Council: Community Support & Employment Officer

The Community Support and Employment Service is a free service alongside the Department for Work and Pensions to help residents of Braintree District get into employment by helping them find a job or gain access to training and help with any personal issues that are making it difficult to find employment. This could include assistance with CV writing, job application skills, interview skills, help finding job security and satisfaction, develop new skills, becoming more confident and assertive, meet similar minded people, revisiting education and training, improving health and wellbeing.

 Drop in Service at Braintree Library every Wednesday 9am – 12 midday - No appointment needed.

Who can use this service?

Anyone living in District of Braintree of working age. (Braintree, Halstead, Witham)
