This referral route is only between Trussell Trust's Braintree Foodbank Project and Citizens Advice for Braintree, Witham and Halstead. We aim to make contact with all referrals received from the Braintree Foodbank team within 5 working days. Most clients will be contacted and given full assistance by telephone unless another channel of advice is deemed more appropriate by ourselves.
