Age Well East - Advice and Welfare

Our Advice service is tailored to client need through a mix of telephone, home visit and digital support. We can assist with benefit checks to identify potential entitlement to Attendance Allowance, Pension Credit, Local Council Tax reduction and more. We also help clients to complete and submit applications for benefits and blue badge disabled parking permits and assist with advice regarding housing and care options too.

How are services delivered?

Our Advice service is available to adults aged 60+ living in the Braintree, Colchester and Tendring districts. 

Our advice work is delivered by telephone, in person through home visits or by email and other forms of digital assistance.
