Essex Boys and Girls Club - Theatre for all
A vibrant introduction to theatre craft and youth voice. This is a fun, friendly and engaging theatre programme for young people aged 11+. This is a chance to explore both on stage theatre craft as well as offstage skills such as producing, music and costume. A place where young people can make positive choices about the issues that concern them. You do not need any former experience in theatre arts.
Come and enjoy a relaxed environment where young people can collaborate, feel empowered and be listened to. We are running a minimum of 10 dynamic, creative in person and online workshop sessions, run by theatre practitioners and youth work professionals. There will be opportunities to perform your own work in a final showcase and create a positive impact in your community.
