Dementia Cafe - Braintree
Come along to our friendly cafe for people living with dementia and their families. Tea, coffee and biscuits are available. A Dementia Adviser from the Alzheimer's Society will be on hand to listen, provide support and information. We also provide a one to one clinic with the Alzheimer’s Society if required.
Who can use this service?
For patients of the following GP surgeries - Blandford Medical Centre, Blyths Meadow, Church Lane, Mount Chambers and Silver End.
