Keep Safe Scheme

Keep Safe key tags are free of charge. Write the telephone number of someone that you would like to be contacted if you need assistance and carry the key tag with you at all times. Particularly useful for people with anxiety, those who have memory issues or who have recently had a fall, or would like reassurance that if something happens to them when they are out a friend or family member can be contacted.

This free service provides free key rings with blank spaces for you to write the name and telephone number of a loved one, friend, carer or neighbour.
