Fusion: Mum and Baby Yoga

The class is for mothers of babies under 12 months (non-crawlers) and gives new mums the opportunity to return to gentle exercise after giving birth without having to find childcare.

A chance to meet other new mums and babies benefit from the class by taking part in the yoga routines and socialising with other babies. There is also a sensory element for the babies, using props, bright colours, shakers and bubble machine. Sessions cost £3.50 and are bookable via the app or website.
