Citizens Advice Braintree Halstead and Witham

We provide a free, independent, confidential and impartial advice service to residents of the Braintree District. Our goal is to help everyone find a way forward, whatever problem they face. We help to resolve your problems related to benefits, money, debt, relationships, housing, employment, legal, consumer and discrimination. We help by listening, explaining your options, making phone calls, writing letters, completing forms, negotiating on your behalf, directing you to other useful organisations and campaigning about unfairness. Advice Quality Standard registered.
