Employ-Ability: Employment Support (for those already in work)

Employment support for peope already in work. If you are suffering from poor mental health and this is impacting your current work/employment, Employ-Ability: Employment Support can provide job retention support to help you resolve these problems. We can support you on issues relating to your job via telephone, face-to-face meetings and with your permission, even with your employer.

We provide a free service across West and South Essex and accept referrals from a range of sources, such as Healthy Minds, GP’s, Employers, the Job Centre, Access & Assessment, and Psychology, as well as taking self-referrals.

Who can use this service?

How are services delivered?

Anyone in West and South Essex who is currently in work and is suffering from mild to moderate poor mental health, and which is impacting your current work/employment.

Individuals will work with a dedicated Employment Retention Specialist who will offer 1:1 support via telephone, Email, Video Call or face-to-face.
